In this busy and varied temporary to permanent opportunity, on a daily basis you will answer a high volume of inbound calls and emails on behalf of the sales team, answering any customer queries in a professional and timely manner. As a Contract Administrator, you will build relationships with customers, providing the highest level of customer service to ensure repeat business. You will update and maintain the CRM system with key data and sales quotes, along with liaising regularly with the sales team about any identified sales opportunities. In this fast-paced role that will keep you on your toes, you will also liaise with various internal stakeholders to produce customer quotes, as well as coordinating the procurement of equipment needed for sales orders.

For this exciting and rewarding temporary Sales Support role, you will need to have previous experience in a sales environment, particularly with sales order processing, and have the drive to develop your skills within a successful global organisation. Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills are essential for this fantastic opportunity, particularly with VLOOKUP’s and Pivot tables. You will have outstanding communication skills, be adept at handling CRM systems and enjoy building relationships with customers. You will also require exceptional administration skills and be comfortable with IT systems and the Microsoft package.
