We have an exciting temporary opportunity for a hardworking Administrator to join an HR and recruitment team on an ongoing assignment, working for an established and renowned charity, based in Dudley.
Working as an HR Administrator, you will be supporting a dedicated team with managing central HR databases, producing recruitment and HR contracts, reviewing documents and numerous other administrative tasks. Dealing with departmental telephone and email enquiries, you will ensure all queries are answered promptly and efficiently, providing excellent service. You will have fantastic communication skills, as well as the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing workloads, ensuing all deadlines are met.
Previous experience of working within an HR department preferable, alongside a confidence with using Microsoft office packages. Working in a high-pressure environment, strong timekeeping skills and a willingness to go the extra-mile will also be important.
