Strategic HR Change Management Advisor

Are you a highly organised Change Management Advisor with a passion for analysis and an in-depth knowledge of HR and recruitment processes? Do you have experience of working with NHS Trusts or similar organisations? Would you thrive in a dynamic role which requires you to challenge the status quo and accepted wisdoms held within large organisations? We have an excellent opportunity to join an expanding national consultancy, based at home in the Birmingham region on an initial 12-month contract.

As a HR Change Management Advisor, you will have extensive experience from within strategic recruitment or HR. Utilising extensive national data, you will analyse staffing structures and performance, formulating cost effective plans for staffing and rotas across two Midlands based organisations. Working under pressure, in a business-critical role, you will utilise your specialist experience, considerable gravitas and resources at hand to suggest better ways of working that will deliver measurable cost savings.

In this varied and challenging role, you will be tasked with producing regular evidential analytics and collect comparative data from similar organisations nationwide, ensuring that persuasive management information is delivered to the highest standard. You will hold meetings and deliver reports to Board level, presenting data that highlights cost effective practices that enhance the engagement and retention of staff, driving continuous progress throughout the period of the contract.

With potential cost savings identified, you will utilise key strategic client relationships to implement your recommendations and support the organisations throughout the transition process through to completion. Providing detailed reports on efficiencies gained to encourage full stakeholder ‘buy in’.

With excellent technical and analytical skills, you will ideally be qualified to degree level or equivalent, with strong IT skills, particularly with the use of Excel, and competent in the use of database systems. You will have outstanding communication skills and the ability to build senior level relationships with ease to succeed in this exciting role, alongside the ability to really “hit the ground running” and make an immediate positive impact.
