This is a great opportunity to develop, incorporating various aspects of business administration. Maintaining and updating bespoke CRM systems and learning all aspects of recruitment in a busy consultancy, this is a ‘no two days the same’ type of role. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage compliance documentation to high standards.

Advertising vacancies in a professional and attractive manner, you will have the opportunity to develop your writing skills and will need to be creative in your approach. You will be working in a unique consultancy where relationship management is extremely important. In this varied and rewarding role, you will create and post engaging social media content across a range of platforms, including Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.

This exciting opportunity will include speaking to registered candidates over the phone and finding out how their job search has been going. You will not be conducting ‘sales’ calls and will be expected to maintain service driven ethics, alongside this organisation’s own values.

A natural organiser, you will thrive in this fast-paced role and the challenges of juggling multiple priorities under pressure and within very tight timescales. You will be ambitious to develop a career within a highly reputable independent recruitment consultancy and eager to develop your office experience. You will be adaptable, have a great team work ethic and a passion for the little details that mean you can deliver outstanding customer service.

Strong, warm and engaging communication skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A real “people person”, you will have the ability to build relationships with ease. A no job too big or too small approach to your work will be an absolute must.
