This business is fast growing and vibrant and the LMS Administrator will be working alongside an engaged and inspiring team with a genuine passion for the business and providing the best service. Joining them in a key role that you can really make your own, you will have responsibility for overseeing the entire customer learning experience, ensuring the online systems and processes are as slick and easy to navigate as possible.

Taking responsibility for the LMS, you will be proactive, hands on and positive in your approach, dealing with a wide range of queries at any one time and ensuring they are resolved effectively, efficiently and within SLAs. You will be working closely with the Development Manager as well as Graphic Designers and external stakeholders, so a solution driven, people focussed and practical approach will be crucial, alongside outstanding organisational skills. You will be a natural multi-tasker, a confident communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships with ease, alongside a great eye for detail and strong IT skills.

With fantastic administration and research abilities, you will ensure that online platforms reflect the tone and vision of the company, ensuring that customers receive the best user experience possible. On a daily basis, you will conduct walk throughs and test runs of various courses, constantly looking to make improvements, conducting data analysis and collating reports to feed back to internal teams. Acting as the go to person for any questions or queries from tutors, you will make sure they are fully comfortable with all systems, offering training and support on new processes and providing on-going advice and guidance.

To succeed in this role, you will have at least 2 years’ worth of experience in a similar LMS administration and development role, with previous experience using Moodle. You will be self-motivated, curious, innovative, target-driven and robust individual who is incredibly eager to take the next steps in your career. Outstanding communication skills, a flexible approach and the willingness to collaborate with all internal teams will mean you have the ability to motivate and inspire others. Naturally, you will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
