We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for an experienced executive PA to join a prestigious organisation, based in Birmingham City Centre.

Acting as the go-to person within the Senior Office, you will play a critical role in providing extensive organisational and secretarial support to the CEO and Director of an exciting business with a worldwide reputation. Organisation and a keen eye for detail will be essential as you manage and prioritise appointments, coordinate Board meetings, book travel arrangements and take control of overseeing two incredibly busy diaries. A professional manner will be essential for this role, as you will be acting as the main point of contact for all meetings and telephone calls to the CEO and Director, meeting and greeting visitors and building relationships with senior stakeholders with ease.

In this organisation, the ability to organise and manage your own workload with minimal supervision will be crucial. With an unflappable demeanour, you will prepare agendas for meetings, support with the planning and organising of events, review all guestlists and ensure that priorities and deadlines are managed and achieved. A natural organiser, you will thrive with the challenges of juggling multiple priorities under pressure and within very tight timescales. You will be adaptable, have a great team work ethic and a passion for the little details. Engaging communication skills are essential as you will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across the business.

As an experienced PA, you will have accurate minute-taking skills, an amazing eye for detail, especially when it comes to grammar and punctuation, and be able to really hit the ground running. You will have advanced IT skills and be extremely competent using MS Office packages, especially when it comes to creating presentations on PowerPoint and using Excel.
