As a Client Support Administrator, you will be playing a key role within the firm, acting as a lynch pin by dealing with HR related queries and delivering feedback to your Managers. Providing un-paralleled customer service to clients, you will be working in a team to deliver a range of bespoke recruitment products that suit varying client needs. A collaborative approach to your work will be needed as team work will be a significant part of this role. Additionally, communicating with clients will be common, so excellent communication skills are essential.

With experience in manipulating data and report writing, you will also possess the ability to manage compliant documents and procedures on a daily basis. Strong excel skills will be paramount in ensuring your success in this role, as will a natural ability with numbers. Building new relationships will come easily to you and you will be comfortable in holding the responsibility of being the first point of contact on site. A background within HR and Recruitment will be essential to this role, as you will be required to utilise your recruitment knowledge and experience when advising your clients.
