Proactive Client Account Manager

Are you looking to work in a creative, dynamic and market-leading business? Do you thrive in a fast paced, varied environment? We have a great opportunity for a self-motivated Client Account Manager to join a thriving property consultancy in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

Based in a stunning city centre office, this rewarding and challenging role will see you managing and having full responsibility for high volumes of client accounts for the organisation. By utilising your fantastic communication skills, and with a truly client focussed approach, you will liaise extensively with your clients, negotiating contracts, scheduling meetings, coordinating maintenance works, processing payments, and chasing relevant documents and paperwork.

In this exciting and varied role, you will update and maintain a bespoke in-house database system, providing essential data and ensuring complete accuracy in all you do when administering your client accounts. You will be managing several cases at any one time and so an ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise workloads is essential. Working as part of a highly efficient team, you will provide key and varied administrative support across several areas of business operations, ensuring that time-sensitive client cases are progressing and are fully compliant, whilst working to challenging deadlines.

As Client Account Manager, you will need to be pro-active, have strong communication skills and can naturally “think on your feet”. You will be a natural organiser, detail driven and able to make quick decisions. You will work extremely well in a team and offer commitment to excellence in everything you do. You will build relationships easily with those you meet and do all you can to ensure that clients receive the very best levels of service and attention.
