Are you an analytically-minded and proactive Graduate calibre individual, with an outstanding work ethic? Are you looking to join a truly dynamic and progressive organisation that places great value on employee progression? Would you thrive in a role where no two days are the same? We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Data Analyst to join this market-leading national consultancy, in a home based role with a travel remit around the Midlands area.

As an Accounts Payable Data Analyst, you will be tasked with receiving and reconciling high volumes of data in excel spreadsheets from the wider Accounts Payable team, and analysing the data to see if there are any discrepancies or overpayments that have been made to suppliers. After analysing the data, you will then pass across findings and reports of overpayments and make recommendations to the Accounts Receivable team, who will recoup the owed monies.

In this challenging and varied Data Analyst opportunity, you will build and maintain client relationships, assisting with any disputes or queries where possible. You will meet clients on a regular basis and log client correspondence and information onto the internal CRM system, ensuring it is maintained accurately at all times. An addition to this, you will help to identify further revenue streams for the organisation wherever possible, as well as making sure SLAs and client security obligations are strictly adhered to at all times.

For this exciting and rewarding opportunity, you will need to have strong previous experience in a similar accounts payable or finance-related role and be very comfortable working with excel on a daily basis, ideally with the ability to use VLOOKUPS and Pivots to analyse data. You will need to be highly analytically minded, and be comfortable at working on your own with no supervision. An outstanding written and verbal communicator, you will be numerically focussed and have exceptional organisational skills. As this role is home-based with a regional travel remit and regular client site visits, you will need to have a full driving license and access to a vehicle.

In return, you will receive an excellent salary, great benefits, and the opportunity to join well-respected national consultancy, with excellent opportunities for career development, based at home with a travel remit around the Midlands region.
