We have an exciting opportunity for a Catering and Front of House Manager to join a beautiful property based in the leafy suburbs of Birmingham, with sociable hours.
As Catering and Front of House Manager, you will lead across all areas of food, beverage, front of house and events, acting as a real ambassador for the brand. You will use your excellent team building skills to motive across departments, ensuring that the highest standards of service are delivered at all times across the restaurant and special events programme. You’ll be working closely with the senior team and the Head Chef to achieve budgets alongside developing and implementing events, menus and engagement ideas, always looking for new ways to maximise revenue and sales.
Having worked in a leisure, venue or hotel environment, you will have a track record of service delivery, product knowledge and taking full responsibility for operational duties. You will thrive in fast-paced environments and have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities in a calm and professional manner. Above all else, you will have exacting standards when it comes to customer and guest satisfaction and take a real pride in delivering the highest levels of service.
In return, you will receive an excellent salary of up to £37,000 and a great work-life balance, with sociable hours and a great team environment.
