We have an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager to join an established and expanding consultancy, based across multiple sites around central and south London.
The Account Manager is a key role in this thriving company and very much at the heart of what the business. You will be the dedicated point of contact for clients at sites across central and south London, building relationships with ease to ensure that they are provided supported through the entire implementation of financial management solutions.
Working across several sites around south and central London, you will conduct client visits, meetings and reviews as requested, managing client accounts to ensure an extremely high level of client care at all times. This organisation really believes in creating strong relationships through results, and it will be your role to make sure that your client can utilise the product in the most efficient way possible. Working with a bespoke booking system, you will liaise with clients regarding their specific requirements, being proactive in your approach and regularly organising client meetings.
An accomplished and diligent Account Manager, analytical in your approach you will prepare and produce reports in line with your progress. With real attention to detail you will record data and ensure that management information is regularly updated. You will have a commitment to excellence in all that you do, you will be adaptable, have a great team work ethic and a passion to always go the extra mile for your clients, as you have full control of your south and central London remit.
Strong and thorough communication skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A real “people person” and as the integral link for your clients, you will have the ability to build relationships with ease. A no job too big or too small approach to your work is an absolute must.
For this exciting opportunity, you will have outstanding account management or client services experience, where you have had to demonstrate the skills and experience above on a day to day basis. Previous experience of working with NHS Trusts is desirable for this challenging and varied role. Alongside this, a great attitude and a desire to work hard and grow with a dynamic business is crucial.
