Working either 3 or 4 days in a week in this exciting operations role, you will be tasked with overseeing the entire day to day business operations and administrative process for this boutique organisation, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will provide guidance and support to the small administrative team, delegating workload effectively and conducting regular one-to-ones. As the Operations Manager at this exceptional organisation, you will assist with all aspects of external corporate liaison, building strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including external IT, PR and Marketing providers.
In this rewarding and varied part-time opportunity, you will provide extensive support to the range of high-profile projects and events that this small organisation delivers, taking strategy from the board and management team and creating plans to ensure that this is delivered effectively and within agreed timescales. A hands on operational role, you will support with senior administrative duties, including arranging and attending meetings, preparing reports, overseeing the website and marketing activity, preparing finance and board packs, taking detailed minutes and distributing them to a range of key stakeholders. You will also support in the delivery and execution of a wide range of external events, attending these wherever possible.
For this exciting and challenging role, you will need to have excellent operations, project coordination and administrative experience. With a real “roll your sleeves up” attitude, you will be flexible in your approach and happily turn your hand to anything that needs your attention in this niche business. You will be pro-active, professional and have outstanding attention to detail, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and be skilled at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
