Are you a person of discretion who has strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail? We have an excellent part-time opportunity to support a busy household, based west of Birmingham, in day to day housekeeping duties and the coordination of household services.

Typically working 4 days per week, though some flexibility around hours is required, as Housekeeping Coordinator you will work closely with the household Nanny to ensure that your employers’ home is kept organised, clean and tidy – including the completion of laundry, ironing and wardrobe management. You will be responsible for the preparation meals, the completion of day to day shopping duties and liaise extensively with gardeners and trades people to coordinate and oversee their work.

With excellent organisational skills, you will be managing and coordinating the family’s personal diaries and ensuring their pets are cared for. With a full driving licence and access to your own transport, your duties will include the coordinating of services to the family’s holiday home in Wales and, on occasions, involve visits to the holiday home to liaise with contractors and stock the property in readiness for the family to visit.
