We have a lovely, brand new opportunity for a Part-Time Events and New Business Administrator to join a nationally established organisation, working in beautiful offices based on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre.

As the Events and New Business Administrator, you will provide key administrative support to the Business Development Manager and senior stakeholders, so exceptional organisational and relationship building skills will be key. In this business support role, you will assist with undertaking prospective client research and producing detailed new business proposals and marketing presentations, as well as having full responsibility for organising and managing a calendar of internal and external events, including coordinating a range of exclusive client hospitality and external tradeshow events. You will be responsible for attending a range of internal office and regional marketing meetings, staying abreast of all upcoming marketing and business development initiatives within the Birmingham office and tracking deadlines effectively.

As the sole marketing and events function within the office, you will be working with other offices across the country, collating and proof-reading all marketing emails and updating the company website with engaging marketing materials and blogs, alongside managing and updating the central CRM system to ensure all prospect and client information is consistently up-to-date and accurate. Furthermore, you will be creating and issuing of all internal communications and marketing newsletters within the Birmingham office.

For this brilliant opportunity, you will have a “no task to small” approach to your work and with helping your team, you will be adept with IT, particularly in using MS Office packages and be able to effectively ‘think on your feet’. The ability to remain calm under pressure while juggling multiple priorities is essential for this challenging but rewarding Events and New Business Administrator opportunity.
