As a Property Team Manager, you will be tasked with maintaining a clear and thorough line of communication with your team, providing team development via regular coaching and feedback sessions. You will be in charge of promoting the values of the organisation and ensuring the proactive resolution of queries from both internal colleagues and external clients, prioritising customer service at all times. In this busy and varied role, you will be tasked with ensuring that all deadlines are met by your team on a regular basis, so strong leadership and motivation skills are essential. Working within this fast-paced department, you will ensure that all policies and processes are streamlined and delivered on time, assisting other departments and team leaders with property management, when required.
In this exciting and fast-paced role, you will ensure that a proactive and passionate approach to customer service is adopted at all times by your team, whilst maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy. Strong analytical skills are also essential for this opportunity, as you will be involved in identifying opportunities to improve the company’s operational efficiency on a day-to-day basis as well as compiling regular reports and quarterly audits.

Exceptional time-keeping skills, along with an innate “nothing too much trouble” attitude is a must, alongside the ability to motivate and inspire a hardworking team. It is desirable that you have good commercial awareness, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
