This shortlist will be presented to you in the way which suits you best, whether you wish to be briefed via e-mail or over the phone with a full history of each candidates’ individual career journey, or simply receive CVs with information regarding their availability and salary expectations.
As a business based on providing nothing less than outstanding service, we promise that we will not make changes to shortlisted candidate CVs, so that you can see exactly how your potential employee presents their career history and gain a feel for their personality. Of course, each candidate chosen for you will have also been interviewed extensively and undertaken skills and competency assessments in line with their experience.
