A key role and dynamic new opportunity in this progressive business, as Sales / Call Centre Manager you will coach, motivate and inspire your established team, ensuring they achieve success with their sales targets and KPIs. You will create and implement sales strategies to deliver growth, whilst providing ongoing training, development and performance management of your team, as well as regular appraisals and one to ones. You will look after recruitment for your team, and so a basic knowledge of Recruitment or HR would be a definite advantage, as would experience of managing disciplinary procedures when required.

With at least two years’ hands on experience of leading a successful telephone based sales team, you will lead by example in developing and maintaining customer relationships in a dynamic customer driven market, and handle any escalated issues or complaints with your excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will ensure that your team consistently delivers excellence by monitoring random calls for quality assurance, providing coaching and feedback as required.

Analytical in your approach, detail driven and skilled at multi-tasking in a fast paced sales environment, you will be experienced at working with complex CRM systems, as well as forecasting and analysing sales data and KPI reporting to the Directors. You will have a flexible, hands on approach and will be willing to work shift patterns alongside your team.
