Head of Client Support Services

We have a fabulous opportunity for a Head of Client Support Services to join a growing company, in a home-based role with national travel.

As Head of Client Support Services, you will play a key role in overseeing the strategic operational management and delivery of workforce management services for a range of clients across the UK. You will be responsible for leading a remotely based quality driven and client focussed service delivery team, coaching and mentoring your team to success. Building relationships with account management and operational departments across the UK through your strong people management skills will be essential. As you will be dealing with a wide range of internal and on-site external stakeholders, outstanding communication skills will also be a must.

You will hold the overall responsibility of the department, driving the delivery of outstanding client service to maximise revenue across multiple sites throughout the UK. Working for a dynamic and innovative company, you will ensure the implementation of streamlined processes, designing and implementing a standardised and collaborative service to meet the specific requirements of your clients will be central to your role.

You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant outsourcing service delivery environment, such as RPO, Recruitment, HR or Payroll services. Experience working within the public sector or NHS would also desirable. As the role is home-based with extensive travel to visit clients on-site, you will be required to have a full UK driving license and be flexible to travel across the UK.
