We have a wonderful opportunity for a Team Secretary to join a well-respected professional services organisation in Birmingham City Centre.

On a day to day basis, as Team Secretary you will be creating a wide range of letters and correspondence, alongside maintaining accurate documentation of client accounts, whilst acting as the main point of contact for inbound queries on behalf of your team. This varied role comes with great responsibility, as you will be organising external and internal client visits, compiling and processing expense claims, and ensuring all meetings are effectively co-ordinated and managed. You will update and maintain the company database with all relevant client details, making revisions wherever necessary.

Being proactive in your approach and using your own initiative, you will be ensuring any queries are managed efficiently for your team. You will be working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, professional services environment and consistently completing work to a high standard. Working with a high level of discretion, you will be comfortable with adapting to changes in the working environment and have a strong understanding of departmental processes.

This opportunity will require you to have experience working in a financial or professional services role, with previous experience providing team support, ensuring day to day business operations run efficiently. Working confidently in a high-pressure environment, the ability to confidently use Microsoft Office software will be required.
