We have a lovely opportunity for a Team Administrator to join this expanding and well-respected company based in Solihull on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
As a Team Administrator within this market-leading organisation, you will create, manage and distribute period-end reports for the team with outstanding attention to detail. You will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, opening or closing their company accounts and ensuring that all legal agreements are adhered to at all times, whilst logging and tracking all correspondence accurately on the internal database.
In this exciting role, you will be essential in providing key administrative support to a busy and dynamic property and legal support team. Strong levels of organisation and attention to detail will be vital in a role where your workload and priorities will change on a regular basis. As an Administrator, you will work to efficiently complete all administrative tasks on behalf of team. You will handle all general administrative duties, including maintaining and updating the CRM system with customer information, rent information and property records. This challenging property administration role will see you make sure that all relevant legal documentation is in place for any agreements or issues.
For this excellent opportunity, you will have a minimum of two years’ experience in an administration or coordination role within a similar environment, and have the drive to develop your career. With a “no task to small” approach to your work and with helping your team, you will be adept with IT, particularly in using MS Office packages. You must be able to implement your organisational qualities to high effect, ensuring all transactions for your team are recorded diligently. The ability to remain calm under pressure while juggling multiple priorities is essential for this challenging but rewarding Administrator opportunity.
