We have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Finance Assistant to join a well-regarded boutique Legal firm on a part-time basis, working 2 to 3 days a week on a flexible schedule to suit your needs.

Working as part of a close-knit team, this role will see you providing full support to an Accounts Manager, offering assistance with the management of the team of Fee Earner’s billing. A fully organisational administration role, you will monitor all deadlines and ensure that these are met, logging and tracking updates on the internal database and liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required. Supporting with the preparation of detailed financial documents and reports, you will have a methodical approach and a keen eye for detail as well as a discrete nature as you handle confidential financial information.

Alongside the financial and accounts support, you will also be providing wider administrative assistance in the office, ensuring client data is up to date and that internal systems are maintained. Liaising with clients regarding an array of matters, you will have a professional and polished approach and be confident handling invoicing enquiries and completing basic credit control tasks. Working in a regulated environment, you will also be responsible for ensuring that all data is compliant at all times and be actively involved in the everyday administration of the office.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a natural organiser, with an amazing eye for detail, a flair for numbers and a real roll your sleeves up style. With excellent general IT skills and an ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, you will thrive in the challenges of this role. You will have great communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients at all levels.
