We have an exciting opportunity for a Charity Administrator to join this prestigious charitable organisation, based in central Birmingham.
Working for this highly impressive non-profit organisation, your role as a Charity Administrator is a crucial position within the charity and will see you leading on all fundraising initiatives. With your approachable and personable manner, it will be your responsibility to identify and develop new fundraising opportunities and collaborative partnerships with a variety of stakeholders from all walks of life, while also maintaining current relationships with sponsors and members. With a creative approach, you will work collaboratively with the close-knit team to support the future growth of the organisation, building on the impressive reach the organisation has across the region.
In this varied role, you will assist in creating and developing numerous fundraising events and activities, reviewing and evaluating impact and interaction in order to inform future fundraising strategy. Supporting a dedicated team of Trustees as well as numerous committees and individual supporters of the charity, you will have the ability to build relationships with stakeholders easily and with confidence, both in person and over the telephone.
As a Charity Administrator, you will also sit on the dedicated Membership Committee, being responsible for taking minutes, liaising with committee members and completing and finalising any actions set in meetings, so you will be an extremely organised individual with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently. On a daily basis, you will be logging and tracking confidential information on an internal CRM system and working across numerous Microsoft packages, so an excellent eye for detail is crucial.
To succeed in this exciting role, you will be outgoing and determined in character and must have the flexibility to attend events outside of working hours, with previous experience working within a similar fundraising environment being ideal, but not essential.
