In this varied role, you will be providing front line administrative and coordination support to the dedicated sales team, handling the post-sales delivery of services. Processing customer requirements and requests, you will liaise with plenty of key stakeholders, from clarifying details with the customer, to placing supplier orders and monitoring delivery times. Juggling different customer order requirements on a daily basis, you will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail as you log and tracking high volumes of confidential customer information with accuracy, working to set deadlines and targets.
Along with this, you will utilise your excellent communication and administrative skills to update customers and internal teams regarding delivery details and act as a first point of contact for any questions or queries, including any on the day issues or logistics. With a calm and considered demeanour, you will handle last minute orders to ensure that customers have everything they require on the day, taking a real pride in delivering the highest levels of service to ensure repeat business.
Working in a modern and fast-paced venue and events environment, you will be a self-motivated team player, with the capability of working independently and offering support to the wider team when required. You will have an excellent telephone manner and a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, along with being genuinely passionate about supporting your team and providing the highest level of customer service.
Most importantly, you will have a proactive approach and be confident speaking to customers on the telephone, making outbound calls and developing strong business relationships. Alongside this a great attitude, a desire to work hard and grow with an iconic business will be key to your success.
