Forward Thinking Service Delivery Manager

Are you a highly organised and driven Account Manager, able to establish professional relationships with ease? Would you enjoy playing an integral role in a challenging, varied environment? We have an opportunity to develop your career in a Service Delivery Manger role, joining a well-respected, global organisation based in South Birmingham.

Utilising your keen analytical and commercially astute skill set, as a Service Delivery Manager you will manage the supply and demand of the company’s services, from organising and conducting meetings with clients, to managing suppliers, then finally overseeing the service delivery process. A truly customer-focussed role, it is essential that you understand and meet the needs of the customer, highlighting potential business leads, while always maintaining the company’s high client service standards.

Whilst you develop, coordinate, and manage multiple projects, you will manage risks and constantly re-prioritise your workload successfully. Liaising with internal departments and suppliers on a regular basis, you will be responsible for the implementation and on-going management of client contracts. Through regular service delivery data analysis and the creation of improvement and KPI reports, you will consistently strive to improve and streamline client service. You will relish the chance to use your own initiative in implementing best practice procedures to ensure efficiency.

With excellent general IT skills, you will be comfortable producing and distributing reports, have great communication skills and the ability to build relationships with ease. You will have excellent account management and coordination skills, along with extensive experience within a similar role where you have been responsible for overseeing the implementation and administration of projects. The right attitude is crucial for this team, alongside the ability to really “hit the ground running”.

Ideally you will have a PRINCE 2 and/or ITIL qualification as well as previous experience working in an IT service delivery role. You will be willing to work between the hours of 2-10:30pm and you will receive an excellent salary, career progression and the opportunity to work in a market leading, global business.
