We have an outstanding opportunity for a meticulous Property Administrator to join this expanding organisation based in Solihull on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.

In this exciting role, you will be essential in providing key administrative support to the day to day management of utilities provisions across a portfolio of properties across the region. Strong levels of organisation and attention to detail will be vital in a role where your workload and priorities will change on a regular basis. As a Property Administrator in the utilities team, you will work to efficiently complete all administrative tasks surrounding utilities supply and maintenance, as well as being the primary contact for information and queries from external providers in relation to energy and utilities, whilst ensuring that targets are met, and queries are processed in a timely and professional manner.

Within this truly impressive organisation as a Property Administrator, you will process changes of tenancies with energy suppliers with outstanding attention to detail. You will work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders to resolve backdated energy billing discrepancies and queries, along with having the sharp skills to support the updates and creation of multiple company reports.

You will handle all general administrative duties with willingness to learn and adopt new ways of working using a positive attitude and approach. An ability to manage time and work load effectively is vital for this exciting opportunity, along with having a fantastic attention to detail to aid in identifying errors and managing utility accounts.

For this excellent opportunity, you will have previous experience working with utility accounts or managing accounts over a multi-site business, alongside having the drive to develop your career. With a “no task to small” approach to your work and with helping your team, you will be adept with IT, particularly in using MS Office packages. You must be able to implement your organisational qualities to high effect, ensuring all transactions for your team are recorded diligently. The ability to remain calm under pressure while juggling numerous priorities is essential for this challenging but rewarding Property Administrator opportunity.
