Working closely with the highly impressive Managing Director, Practise Director and Practise Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping the firm achieve its ambitious growth plans through proactively identifying key new business areas, shaping and defining a clear business development and networking strategy to attract and secure new clients.
Utilising your excellent written and verbal communication skills and drive to hit targets, you will be responsible for planning and prioritising sales activity, effectively managing your time in order to ensure all prospect clients are followed up with and all leads are maximised. With an organised and strategic approach to developing new business, you will introduce business development and networking campaigns, working towards agreed budgets and timescales and tracking all information on the internal CRM system. With a commitment and dedication to providing the highest level of service to your clients, you will regularly review current client accounts, attending meetings to discuss changing life or economic situations and adjusting plans accordingly.
Being of graduate calibre, you must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within financial planning as well as a level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (CII/PFS). You will have excellent attention to detail, be a real team player and have a dedication to providing excellent client service and satisfaction. You will have great general IT skills, along with outstanding interpersonal, relationship building and negotiation skills.
