Are you a self-motivated, effective business support professional, looking to develop your skills as an Administrative Assistant? We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Administrative Assistant to join a diverse and exciting professional national consultancy, based in offices in Hertfordshire, on a 3 weeks minimum basis.

Providing your team with efficient business administration support, you will be comfortable with preparing and maintaining accurate documentation and act as the main point of contact for inbound queries on behalf of your team. This varied role comes with great responsibility, as you will be effectively managing multiple electronic diaries and assessing and assigning the priority of appointments. In this exciting role, you will be acting as a lynch-pin between the Senior Managers and other key parties, setting up meetings and maintaining excellent communication.

Taking a proactive approach and using your own initiative on a daily basis, you will ensure any queries are managed efficiently and within agreed SLAs, supporting the wider team when needed. You will be working to strict deadlines in a fast paced, professional services environment and consistently completing work to a high standard. Working with a high level of discretion, you will be comfortable with adapting to changes in the working environment and have a strong understanding of departmental processes.

With excellent communication and relationship building skills, you will be liaising with external clients on a regular basis and effectively organising meetings, ensuring business relationships are maintained and developed over time.

This opportunity will require you to have experience working in a professional administrative services role, with previous experience providing team support, ensuring day to day business operations run efficiently. Working confidently in a high-pressure environment, the ability to confidently use Microsoft Office software will be required. You must have a flexible approach, as commuting to other offices will be required.
