Working as part of a small but incredibly professional and dynamic team, you will speak with high volumes of potential clients on a daily basis, following up warm leads and contact requests. As Client Sales Advisor, you will advise customers on what package would be best suited to their requirements, answering any queries they may have about this organisation’s services. With a consultative approach and pro-active manner, you will thrive in a role where you are speaking with a wide range of clients on a daily basis. With excellent administration skills, you will log and track leads and conversations onto the bespoke CRM system, keeping it maintained with a high level of efficiency whilst managing confidential information.
Client centric but with excellent commercial acumen, you will listen to the needs of each customer you speak to, fully understanding what they require before advising the best package for them. Driven by success through outstanding service, you will ensure that you are always up-to-date with the latest products available, to make sure you can always recommend the very best products to each individual client.
For this exciting and rewarding Client Sales opportunity, you will need to be a team focussed and charismatic individual, who genuinely enjoys interacting with a high volume of people on a daily basis. You will need a minimum of twelve months’ experience in similar role, ideally in a busy customer focussed environment.
Working a 37.5 hour week, you will be flexible to cover a rota where shifts are available from 9am to 7pm. However, in the busiest of times this will be extended to 8pm and will also involve some weekend work, although this is only likely to be for around 8 weeks of the year.
