As a Sales Executive in this exciting company, your daily responsibilities will include receiving inbound warm enquires as well as making outbound calls to warm leads, listening to the needs of each customer you speak to, fully understanding what they require before advising on the best package for them. Providing excellent customer service, you will ensure that you are always up-to-date with the latest packages available, handling any questions or queries in a professional manner.

Speaking with high volumes of potential customers on a daily basis, you will be naturally outgoing and engaging, and sales focussed but with a genuine desire to support each customer. With a consultative approach and pro-active manner, you will thrive in a fast paced sales team environment, ensuing all KPIs are met. Logging and tracking leads onto the bespoke CRM system, you will ensure all information is accurate and correct, maintaining numerous in-house systems with a high level of efficiency.

For this exciting and rewarding sales opportunity, you will need to be a customer focussed and charismatic individual, who genuinely enjoys a targeted sales role whilst interacting over the telephone with a high volume of people on a daily basis. You will need a minimum of six months’ experience in similar telesales role, ideally in a busy contact centre environment. With outstanding communication skills, and the drive to go the extra mile for your customers, you will be the type of person who thrives on hitting and exceeding KPIs.

This wonderful opportunity will suit someone with a flexible approach and will include a range of shift patterns, with some shifts ending at 9pm on a rotational basis, alongside a reduced shift on one Saturday per month, from 12pm to 6pm. Due to the location you will also be required to have your own transport to travel to work.
