We have an exciting immediate opportunity for an engaging Corporate Receptionist to join a dynamic law firm in central Birmingham, on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
As the Receptionist for this market-leading law firm, you will act as the face of this impressive organisation. You will be providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, answering and directing high volumes of calls, supporting with event administration, booking and maintaining meeting rooms, building relationships with suppliers and providing general office support, wherever may be needed.
Very much at the heart of the business, your role will be vital to the day to day operations of the company. As the Receptionist, you will ensure all inbound calls are handled in a professional and warm manner, responding to any queries and ensuring they are resolved effectively. Alongside your front of house duties, you will be organising travel arrangements, ordering stock and processing invoices and expenses, when necessary.
Supporting the core administration team in a busy and challenging role, as the first point of contact to the office for all guests, you will not only be the public face for the business, but also responsible for assisting with the day to day administration of this progressive company.
You will be a natural organiser, with amazing attention to detail and a warm and engaging manner. A professional attitude, excellent customer service and communication skills will be the key to your success. The ability to work autonomously and with little supervision is essential for this exciting and rewarding opportunity.
With demonstrable administrative skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced role and the challenges of juggling multiple workloads on a daily basis. While this is a Front of House role, you will be taking a hands-on approach to assisting with organising events, dealing with clients and delivering messages between internal departments. This outstanding front of house reception opportunity will see you working 8am-4pm, but you will need to be flexible and attend occasional evening events.
Previous experience of working in a busy front of house reception role is essential, ideally from a professional services environment. In return you will receive a fantastic salary, and the opportunity to work for an outstanding organisation on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
