We have an excellent opportunity for a Client Administrator to join a prestigious organisation based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
Based on the reception, as the face of this exciting brand you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and calls. You will be immaculately presented in this central Birmingham corporate office. With a bright, positive and cheerful demeanour at all times, you will be meeting a variety of guests on a day to day basis. This is an incredibly busy office and so will only suit the type of individual who truly thrives in a fast paced and pressurised environment. On a daily basis you will respond to a range of queries from the public, organising stationery, producing reports, answering and transferring inbound calls, booking lunches and making sure meeting rooms are set up, when necessary.
In this fantastic and varied opportunity, you will also assist with this organisation’s events administration on a regular basis, including raising purchase orders, inputting data onto CRM systems, processing documents, sending out invitations and anything else that may be required in relation to events.
With an exceptional customer service ethic, going the extra mile for your clients will be second nature and you building relationships easily with those you meet. You will be pro active and have a keen eye for detail, setting up meeting rooms and doing all you can to ensure that clients receive the very best levels of service and attention.
For this fantastic opportunity, you will need to have experience in a similarly busy administrative or front of house role, ideally from a corporate environment. With a “no task too small” attitude, you will need to have the willingness to turn your hand at anything that is required.
