We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Administrator to join a boutique professional services organisation, based in beautiful offices in Solihull.
In this challenging and varied administrative support opportunity, you will be comfortable with preparing reports and presentations to the highest standard. On a day to day basis, as Team Administrator you will be preparing and maintaining accurate documentation of client accounts, creating bespoke client files and acting as the main point of contact for inbound queries on behalf of the organisation. This varied role comes with great responsibility, as you will be organising external and internal client visits, compiling and processing expense claims, and ensuring all meetings are effectively co-ordinated and managed. You will update and maintain the company database with all relevant client details, making revisions wherever necessary.
Being meticulous in your approach and using your own initiative, you will ensure any queries are managed efficiently for your team. You will be working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, financial services environment and consistently completing work to a high standard. Working with a high level of discretion, you will be comfortable with adapting to changes in the working environment and have a strong understanding of departmental processes.
For this exciting and varied opportunity, you will have strong experience in a similar professional services administrative role, and experience within the financial sector is highly desirable. As a Team Administrator, you will need to be adept at working confidently in a high-pressure environment, as well as having the ability to confidently use Microsoft Office software will be required.
