In this varied role, you will provide front line administrative support to the post-order customer service team by processing customer and supplier orders, delivery requests and finance notes. Working with high volumes of customer order information on a daily basis, you will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail as you log and tracking high volumes of confidential customer information with accuracy and discretion.

Along with this, you will utilise your excellent communication and administrative skills to update customers and manufacturers regarding delivery details, prepare and issue customer quotes and act as a first point of contact for any questions or queries. With strong relationship building skills, you will work with multiple teams across the business and provide any customer service or administrative support that is required, including covering front of house reception when needed.

Working in a modern and fast-paced sales environment, you will be a self-motivated team player, with the capability of working independently and offering support to the wider team when required. You will have an excellent telephone manner and a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel, along with being genuinely passionate about supporting your team and providing the highest level of service.
