We have an exclusive opportunity for a talented and diligent Compliance Administrator to join this nationally-respected charity, based in Dudley offices.

As a Compliance Administrator for this outstanding organisation, you will be tasked with providing extensive and detailed secretarial support to the senior management team, CEO and the board of trustees. Daily responsibilities will include coordinating and preparing for senior level meetings, creating agendas and typing up detailed minutes. You will organise relevant reports and documentation in advance of meetings with outstanding attention to detail, following up with actions as needed.

In this truly varied and rewarding position, you will assist the senior management team with a wide range of administrative duties, including diary management and meeting room preparation. As well as providing secretarial support, you will assist with the governance and compliance aspect of the organisation, including ensuring that governance documents are reviewed and updated in a timely manner. As a Compliance Administrator, you will support with internal and external governance audits, self-assessments and action plans whenever necessary, as well as assisting the Finance Director with the completion and processing of special resolutions within the necessary timescales.

For this exciting and challenging opportunity, you will need to have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar compliance role. Discretion will be crucial, and you will be expected to handle confidential information in a sensitive and professional manner. Previous experience of managing busy administrative processes is essential, along with outstanding typing speeds and the ability to manage multiple pressing responsibilities.
