Working as part of a dedicated, energetic team, you will have a wonderful service ethic and a passion for going the extra mile for your clients. On a daily basis, you will be working through a high-volume of referrals from potential clients, logging and tracking confidential information with great accuracy and attention to detail. Utilising your excellent communication skills, you will liaise on a daily basis with internal and external stakeholders, speaking with compassion to clients and ensuring a smooth administrative service is delivered to internal teams.
To succeed within this highly important and pivotal role, you will need to have a detailed and methodical approach, as well as excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle numerous priorities whilst ensuring that strict SLAs are achieved. You will be a team player, always happy to go the extra mile for your clients and available to provide any further administration support that may be needed by the team.
For this exciting opportunity, you will need to have demonstrable experience of working in an administrative or customer-focused environment where you have had to handle multiple priorities at any one time. You will be a natural communicator, with strong IT skills and be comfortable using internal CRM databases as well as Microsoft Office systems. You will also have achieved C grades or above at GSCE or equivalent in English and Maths.
