As a Sales Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of customers and sales agents enquiring about the extensive range of products available from this leading business. With a service driven approach, you will answer queries relating to orders, stock availability, prices and delivery in a professional manner, quickly developing rapport over the telephone. Your focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction is assured and sales are increased by processing high volumes of orders correctly and efficiently, raising invoices and advising on alternative products where required.

Using your excellent communication skills to speak with customers and sales agents both over the telephone and through the central sales inbox, you will process domestic and international orders and arrange shipment of goods, preparing all necessary shipment paperwork and liaising with both carriers and customers to update on delivery schedules. You will be highly organised and happy to juggle numerous priorities at once whilst ensuring all orders and customer correspondence is logged and tracked with accuracy and attention to detail.

To succeed in this exciting new role, you will have at least a years’ worth of previous office-based administration experience and be comfortable using Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. You will be looking for a challenging role where you will be able to make a big difference to team dynamic. With great communication skills, excellent spelling and grammar and the ability to liaise with an array of customers with ease, you will be looking to fully utilise your skills in a varied and challenging customer facing role.
