Working as the Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of this busy organisation. In this exciting opportunity, you will be working as part of a small but highly effective team, handling all administrative duties for the office, supporting a small and lively sales team with whatever they require. On a daily basis, you will prepare quotes, documents and contracts on behalf of the sales and technical teams, issue them to clients and log all vital information onto a central database system. You will act as the first point of contact with existing or prospective clients, answering any queries they may have in a professional manner.
In this busy and varied opportunity, you will handle vital administrative and coordination duties, including preparing a high volumes of documents and updating records whenever required. Liaising extensively with the organisation’s Head Office, you will be supporting them with any required business administration or reporting. This role requires an individual with a mature approach to work, alongside an excellent work ethic and great self-discipline, to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
For this fantastic Office Administrator opportunity, you will need to be highly organised and proactive in all that you do. With the ability to keep a cool head and stay calm under pressure, you will be able to prioritise your workload to maximise efficiency. A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role is required so that you can really hit the ground running. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, and you will be highly competent with Microsoft Office packages.
