As Sales Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of customers and sales agents regarding the extensive range of products available from this leading business. With a service driven approach, you will answer queries relating to orders, stock availability, prices, delivery and product end user advice and technical support. Your focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction is assured and sales are increasing profitably by processing high volumes of orders correctly and efficiently, raising invoices and advising on alternative products where required.
Using your excellent communication skills to speak with a high volumes of customers and sales agents both over the telephone and through the central sales inbox, with an excellent eye for detail, you will process domestic and international orders and arrange shipment of goods, preparing all necessary shipment paperwork liaising with both carriers and customers to update on delivery schedules.
You will have previous office based sales and product administration experience in a similar role, ideally with experience of international order processing and customer liaison, and be fully proficient in Microsoft office packages, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. You will be looking for a challenging role where you will be able to make a big difference to team dynamic. With great communication skills, excellent spelling and grammar and the ability to liaise with clients at all levels, you will be looking to fully utilise your skills in a varied and challenging customer facing role.
