We have an excellent opportunity for an available immediately Onboarding Administrator to join an exciting and market-leading Tech company on a long-term temporary basis, based from beautiful Central Birmingham offices.
As an Onboarding Administrator, you will play a crucial part in this lively and dedicated team, ensuring a high volume of new to the market candidates are smoothly transitioned onto the company’s systems. Proactively approaching candidates who are interested in new opportunities, you will be a confident communicator and happy to liaise with those who are brand new to the job market over the phone, making sure all information is recorded accurately and efficiently. You will liaise with your colleagues regarding applicant details, completing all the necessary administration to ensure they are onboarded smoothly, always looking to demonstrate your initiative in all that you do.
In this truly fast-paced and rewarding opportunity, you will assist with the sourcing of new candidates across several job boards, identifying transferable skills and relevant experience and then contacting potential candidates about the company and the tech solutions you offer to support with their job search. As an engaging communicator, you will relish the opportunity to speak with a wide-range of candidates, answering any questions or queries they may have and acting as a dedicated point of contact.
A natural organiser, you will thrive in this fast-paced role and with the challenges of juggling multiple responsibilities under pressure and within very tight timescales. You will be adaptable, have a great team work ethic and a passion for the little details that mean you can deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
For this exciting opportunity, previous experience in a recruitment or tech environment would be advantageous, but not essential, as full training will be provided. More importantly, you will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable using a range of IT systems and software. A real “people person”, you will have the ability to build relationships with ease and take a no job too big or too small approach to your work.
