As part of this vibrant and dynamic team, you will be providing full administrative and organisational support to your colleagues, ensuring that all day-to-day administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner so that the everyday operations of the business flows smoothly. In a role that will be varied and challenging, you will need to have a real “hands on” attitude for this rewarding position alongside the innate willingness to go the extra mile to achieve success.

On a day-to-day basis you will be dealing with an array of administrative tasks, including keeping the internal database up to date, logging and tracking correspondence, handling internal calls and passing on messages, as well as maintaining paper files and archiving. Providing support at company events, you will handle day to day administration such as updating guest lists, sending out invites, tracking attendees and helping with external marketing as well as attending on the day to host and ensure the seamless delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have at least a year’s worth of experience in a similar administrative position and be confident using an array of IT systems. You will have outstanding organisational skills and an amazing eye for detail, a confident and flexible approach, a high degree of initiative and lots of enthusiasm for your role. With a no job too big or too small attitude, you will happily turn your hand to anything that is needed.
