Commercially Astute Client Services Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join this outstanding international organisation, based in beautiful central Birmingham offices.

In this fast-paced and dynamic Client Services Manager role, with the support of your team you will be tasked with overseeing and implementing the customer experience for both the UK and emerging international markets, acting as the voice of the customer. With a motivated and analytical outlook, you will review the processes and procedures that are in place, ensuring they contribute to the customer’s overall experience in a positive manner. You will carry out lead analysis on key customer trends, studying which are successful and which ones need adjusting. In this truly customer-centric opportunity, you will regularly liaise with clients at all levels, getting detailed and balanced feedback to help improve processes.

Working in the new national headquarters for this impressive global organisation, you will also manage the client services team in the Birmingham office. Providing high levels of motivation and leadership, you will coach, inspire and develop the team, ensuring they consistently hit the heights expected of them from this prestigious organisation. As the Client Services Manager, you will implement a culture of regular constructive feedback and dialogue with your team, holding regular one-to-ones. As a genuine ‘champion of change’, you will constantly look for ways to improve team performance and output.

For this exciting and challenging opportunity, you will need a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar client service management role. The ability to liaise confidently and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders is vital, along with a strong history of overseeing a team that consistently hits and exceeds KPIs. Previous experience of managing teams of fifteen or more members is also essential for this exciting opportunity. Multi-national, multi-service experience is also key for this fantastic role.
Based in brand new beautiful offices in Birmingham, as the ‘voice of the customer’, this fabulous role has a national remit and will involve regular on-site client meetings with occasional international travel to liaise with global corporate colleagues. Due to the travel requirements of this role, a driving license and vehicle is essential for this opportunity.
