As marketing manager within this dynamic company, working closely with the Director of Marketing in a newly created role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering overall marketing strategy. With a commercial approach to all marketing activity you will plan and execute multi-channel sales and marketing strategies that drive lead generation and conversion, both on and offline. With a strong focus on digital marketing you will have experience of increasing acquisition within an e-commerce environment.

With solid commercial acumen alongside a creative marketing flair, with ambition, initiative and drive, you will work with the senior management team to establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales targets across all territories. In a role that you can really create as your own, as marketing manager you will be experienced in creating reports that monitor sales and marketing performance success versus forecast; owning marketing projects to drive continued sales performance. You will monitor monthly marketing spend, activity and budgets in line with ROI to ensure the commercial effectiveness of all marketing activity. You will also be responsible for the management, coaching and development of a small but established marketing team, who are skilled at working across digital advertising, social media, PR, communications, events and content marketing.

You will be an experienced commercial marketing manager, and ideally have a degree in marketing or equivalent CIM or IDM qualification. You will have gained expert knowledge of various marketing strategies and tools and have a high level of commercial awareness to include budget management. With an analytical mindset, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside strong people management skills and ability to work cross-functionally to lead the team to success.
