With outstanding attention to detail in all that you do, you will be tasked with providing vital and varied administrative support to this busy team, meeting high standards at all times. Working across all areas of the business, you will act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing a warm and welcoming impression. Amending and maintaining documents to a high level of accuracy on a regular basis, you will assist Property Managers with the maintenance of the portfolio, arranging meetings and using an internal CRM system to log and track all enquiries. You will also be supporting with maintenance assistance, taking inbound calls from property tenants and logging any maintenance issues they may have, ensuring that these issues are resolved in a prompt and professional manner by the maintenance team.

As a Property Team Administrator, you will play an integral role in the smooth running of this organisation, with a willingness to help out in any way you can. Liaising with external stakeholders, and with responsibility for ensuring all confidential information is maintained accurately, you will be able to build relationships with ease and oversee the completion of all essential administrative duties. You will play a key role in assisting with legal and property-related documentation, ensuring it is completed punctually on a consistent basis.

For this exciting opportunity, you will need to have around a year’s administrative experience and be used to working within high-pressure office environments, ideally within the property sector. You will also have the ability to prioritise your own workload and demonstrate excellent ability with all MS Office packages.

Naturally, you will show a strong willingness to develop and grow and have a positive approach to ensure workplace efficiency.
