We have an excellent opportunity for a First Line IT professional to join a well-respected non-profit organisation on an initial temporary basis, working from home but with occasional travel to their Black Country based office.

Utilising your excellent IT and problem-solving skills, you will be providing general first line IT support in all forms, which includes answering any and all queries from hundreds of employees across the UK, over email or the phone, regarding Office 365 systems. Excellent knowledge of the range of Office 365 applications and operating systems is essential for this role, as well as excellent communication skills, and a calm, pro-active and can do attitude.

For this fantastic temporary opportunity, you will be available immediately to start work and need to have at least one year’s experience within a similar first line support IT role, while also having the desire to develop your career in the IT sector. You will need to have fantastic verbal and written communication skills, along with the willingness and ability to turn your hand at anything. The ability to liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders is essential, along with the ability to explain IT issues and solutions to employees in an easily understandable manner. This role will require you to hold a valid driving licence, as travel to other offices around the region may be required on occasion.
