We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join this market-leading organisation based in south Birmingham.

Within this busy and dynamic team, you will be tasked with assisting new clients as they begin using this organisation’s products. You will be adept at working in high-pressure situations and meeting tight deadlines in a truly dynamic role. You will liaise with clients to ensure their details are uploaded onto the CRM system accurately and completely. In this exciting role, you will provide excellent support to your colleagues throughout the client transition process to allow for a smooth changeover.

Naturally, you will have good general IT skills as you accurately enter live client data on CRM systems, so it can be accessed and updated by all relevant parties whenever required. You will log, maintain, coordinate and process accurate incident information through the system, ensuring that client SLAs are always being adhered to. While managing multiple client cases at any one time, you will have the ability to consistently juggle your workload whilst still ensuring outstanding attention to detail.

Ensuring that the relevant and correct information is in place to validate client requests, as it will be part of your role to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as third party suppliers, making sure that all parties you have the most current data to resolve any incidents that may arise. You will regularly use your own initiative in implementing best practice procedures to ensure efficiency.

With excellent general administrative and IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, and a high level of competency using database and CRM systems, you will have fantastic communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with your colleagues with ease. You will have previous experience of a similar role where you have been responsible for taking high volumes of calls and building relationships with customers. The right attitude is crucial for this team, alongside the ability to really “hit the ground running”.

You will be service-driven in all that you do, as well as being a natural organiser who is always calm under pressure, with an innate skill for multi-tasking and a real roll your sleeves up style. A “no job too big” attitude to your work is essential for this exciting opportunity.

You will ideally have previous staff coordination or customer service experience, outstanding administrative abilities as well as experience working in a busy and demanding office.
