As an Account Manager within this dynamic and expanding company, you will be tasked with identifying and generating new business leads and sales opportunities. You will build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business, developing a rapport with ease. In a dynamic role that will truly keep you on your toes, you will strive to achieve personal weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs, in order to boost revenue for the organisation.

In this fast-paced and rewarding account management opportunity in Warwickshire, you will use your natural relationship-building skills to establish prospective client’s needs and expectations, providing outstanding customer service at all times. You will identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling when liaising with customers, as well as support the wider sales team with client enquiries that may arise. As an Account Manager, you will also proactively follow up leads that have been generated from marketing activity by the marketing team and turn those into sales opportunities.

For this exciting and varied Account Manager role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar account management or business development environment. Previous experience of working within cyber security or SaaS sales would be highly advantageous for this fantastic opportunity. You will need to be a diligent and motivated self-starter with a “can do” attitude and an outstanding work ethic. Experience at operating CRM systems is essential, along with a proven track record of identifying qualified leads. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills will be key for this opportunity.
