We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an HR and MI Analyst to join this prestigious organisation, working remotely on an agile basis.
As HR Systems Analyst, you will act as the company’s HR systems expert, regularly reviewing and maintaining all systems and processes to ensure they are as efficient and accurate as possible, constantly looking at ways to improve the organisations workforce and resource management. On a daily basis, you will be working collaboratively with the HR and Administrative teams to ensure that all people data is logged, recorded and maintained correctly and accurately, compiling reports and offering analysis to support effective planning and decision making. Working across numerous HR projects, you will be responsible for identifying trends in people and workforce data in order to best inform business decisions, juggling various projects at any one time.
With outstanding attention to detail and a real passion for delivering excellence, you will be responsible for overseeing any HR system upgrades or changes, keeping up to date with any developments in new systems and making appropriate recommendations for improvements. You will also take responsibility for ensuring the HR team are up to date on how to best utilise and understand changes to HR systems as well as all data from MI reports, building strong working relationships with a number of internal stakeholders.
For this fantastic and challenging role, you will need to have strong and proven experience in a fast-paced HR Systems environment, crucially where you will have been used to completing a high volume of data processing and reporting. With a cool head and the ability to juggle multiple pressing priorities at once, you will need to have fantastic IT skills, take an analytical approach and be comfortable working independently.
