Working as a Digital Marketing Coordinator as part of a small team, you will be tasked with supporting the Marketing Manager with their wide-ranging duties, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, social media and website content management in both the business to business and business to consumer market. Key responsibilities of this exciting role will be updating and maintaining the company website, designing and sending out newsletters, creating all relevant and engaging social media content, as well as designing posters, brochures and other creative literature.
With an innate creative flair, you will assist with the promotion and marketing of all events, as well as devising and implementing marketing and communications strategies to boost customer and public engagement. This really is a high-pressure, high-reward opportunity where you will work with the Marketing Manager to liaise with the digital press and news media when required, overseeing filming requests on the premises and working with external partners regarding upcoming projects.
In a role that truly keeps you on your toes, you will also support the smooth running of this department, assisting with CRM management, tracking the Marketing budget and working cohesively alongside the Events team. Commercially savvy and imaginative in all, you will monitor and handle all administration surrounding website and social media maintenance.
For this exciting and rewarding opportunity, you will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, need to be of degree calibre, preferably within a marketing-related subject or be the holder of a relevant marketing communications qualification. A minimum of three years’ experience within a digital marketing or communications environment is essential, and previous experience of working within a multi-channel, multi-purpose environment is advantageous. You will need to have demonstrable experience of creating a wide range of marketing content across various digital and print platforms, as well as the ability to analyse and predict trends in relation to social media performance. This role is within a genuinely fast-paced and dynamic environment, so you will need to be the type of individual who can react with ever-changing priorities and “roll with the punches”.
